First Descents

First Descents Adventures is a non-profit organization that provides outdoor adventure programs for young adults (ages 18-39) fighting or having survived cancer. Founded by professional kayaker Brad Ludden, their goal is to give young adults with cancer a chance to have life-changing outdoor experiences that can help them overcome physical, emotional, and psychological challenges. The programs are free of charge and focus on community building.
