Rep Josh Gottheimer won his third Democratic primary race in  5th Congressional District.

Frank Pallotta is Republican candidate for NJ 5th Congressional District. 

Amy Kennedy is the Democratic candidate for NJ 2nd Congressional District. 

Alabama 

Former Attorney General and U.S Senator Jeff Sessions lost his Republican Primary to Former Auburn Football Coach Tommy Tuberville. The winner face moderate democrat Senator Doug Jones. 

Maine 

Sara Gideon wins her Democratic Senate Primary Race. Gideon will challenge Senator Susan Collins.
